1.High strength materials ensure no deformation of machine structure

The machine bed, back rest, knife rest and pressure bar beam are made by high strength material ,which adopts(castings and welds) the technology of rough machining , treatment for removal of internal stress and finish machining, to avoid the frame deformation. Improvement of machining accuracy and installation accuracy will extend the service life.

The screw-nut is specially designed with a mechanical automatic lubrication mechanism, which saves oil and prolongs the service life . The assistant nut mechanism can adjust the empty space of the screw, reduce the screw jitter during feeding and fast forwarding and retreating, which is beneficial to stabilize the machine body, improve the accuracy of the veneer surface, and greatly strengthen the screw and main nut.

6.Oil-immersed guide rail

The guide rail adopts the oil-immersed design to ensure the lubrication of the guide rail, avoid the guide rail from being burnt out after lack of oil, improve the service life and reduce the oil leakage and pollution of the guide rail.
